Presently works as a customer service trainer in Dialog Axiata PLC, mainly on self-motivation and soft skill development, counts over 16 years of experience in customer service holding positions at different levels and has benefited from many professional training programs held both locally and overseas. He is recognized as "Global Goodwill Ambassador" in year 2019.
Rex’s vision is to enrich and enhance individuals who really want to uplift their personality to succeed the life and he drives free of charge skill development training sessions to government school students and universities as his mission.
During the last decade has conducted well over thousands of inspirational workshops for leading public and private sector institutions such as schools, government departments and corporate in Sri Lanka and overseas. Rex’s theoretical grounding is derived from BSc Hons degree from university of East London, U.K and holds a MSc. in Human Resource Management from Asia E University, Malaysia and accredited as an International certified trainer by City & Guilds, London.
Rex is a NLP practitioner, life coach and he is holding a diploma in psychology. As an author, Rex has written two self-personality development books to the society in English (Winning Personality) and in Sinhala (අභිමානවත් පෞරුෂත්වය) which are very famous among major book shops in Sri Lanka.
Rex has been continuously awarded "Best trainer of the Year” award from 2014 onward by Dialog and received an international signature award as the “Learning & Development Professional of the Year- 2017” from ACEF, Mumbai, India.
