The unconscious mind is the part of the mind which carries out all of the things you don’t think about consciously i.e. they happen automatically without your conscious attention. Internal processes such as feelings, habits and behaviors are controlled by the unconscious mind. The conscious and unconscious mind are directly linked and can be easily understood as the conscious mind being the ‘manual’ part of our mind and the unconscious mind being the ‘automatic’ part.

Customer service is the direct one-on-one interaction between a consumer making a purchase and a representative of the company that is selling it. Most retailers see this direct interaction as a critical factor in ensuring buyer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
Even today, when much of customer care is handled by automated self-service systems, the option to speak to a human being is seen as necessary to most businesses. It is a key aspect of servant-leadership.
Behind the scenes at most companies are people who never meet or greet the people who buy their products. The customer service representatives are the ones who have direct contact with the buyers. The buyers' perceptions of the company and the product are shaped in part by their experience in dealing with that person.
The process of personal branding involves finding your uniqueness, building a reputation on the things you want to be known for, and then allowing yourself to be known for them. Ultimately, the goal is to create something that conveys a message and that can be monetized.
Extensively researched with numerous case studies, this training clearly outlines the strategic process of evaluating the economic value of a personal brand to manage and scale it accordingly. The trainer, an expert in the field of personal brand strategy and management, argues that a business is what a person or organization does, but the brand is what people expect from that person or organization. The two must align, and the training session conceptual framework explains the theory and practice behind personal branding to accomplish this synergism.
Fish! Philosophy was created in 1997 by John Christensen. He visited Pike Place Fish Market in Seattle and was amazed by the way fish sellers were having fun during their work. To his surprise, they were laughing, shouting and tossing trout and salmon through the air, just behind their customer’s heads! They were also giving their customers a lot of attention, making sure that their visit would be enjoyable. An interesting thing about the fish sellers’ job was that it was exhausting and repetitive, and yet sellers were able to find joy in their work and sell a lot of fish. John Christensen noticed that there are four core practices everybody could implement in their work and life. He called it the Fish! Philosophy.

Bad employee attitudes not only disrupt the business and affect other employees, they are directly related to the motivation and productivity of the offending individual and those around them. If an organization waits to correct attitude problems until they affect the bottom-line, additional time, effort and money will be required to turn it around. Make a plan to head-off attitude problems before they affect your business. If issues currently exist, now is the time to correct them by rolling-out a training program.

Negotiations are both common and important, so it’s helpful to understand the types of negotiations you might encounter as well as how to improve your negotiation skills.

When employees feel a greater sense of control and ownership over their own lives, they tend to have better relationships with management and are able to leave work issues at work and home issues at home. Balanced employees tend to feel more motivated and less stressed out at work, which thereby increases company productivity and reduces the number of conflicts among coworkers and management.
Companies who gain a reputation for encouraging work-life balance have become very attractive to workers and will draw a valuable pool of candidates for new job openings. These companies also tend to enjoy higher employee retention rates, which results in less time-consuming training, more loyalty, and a higher degree of in-house expertise.
Studies have shown that employees who have a positive work-life balance do a better job at work, so promoting this balance is beneficial to individuals and the company. This signature training for employers who want to promote a healthy work-life balance for their teams.
Emotional intelligence (otherwise known as emotional quotient or EQ) is the ability to understand, use, and manage your own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges and defuse conflict. Emotional intelligence helps you build stronger relationships, succeed at school and work, and achieve your career and personal goals. It can also help you to connect with your feelings, turn intention into action, and make informed decisions about what matters most to you.
As we know, it’s not the smartest people who are the most successful or the most fulfilled in life. You probably know people who are academically brilliant and yet are socially inept and unsuccessful at work or in their personal relationships. Intellectual ability or your intelligence quotient (IQ) isn’t enough on its own to achieve success in life. Yes, your IQ can help you get into college, but it’s your EQ that will help you manage the stress and emotions when facing your final exams. IQ and EQ exist in tandem and are most effective when they build off one another.

Before money becomes wealth, it’s just money. For money to become wealth, it must be managed. Absent a clearly defined money management plan and the discipline to manage it based on proven principles, money is merely an instrument used in the “pursuit of more,” with no real destination and no opportunity for self-fulfillment. For people of wealth, having and spending more money doesn’t necessarily improve their happiness. Their fulfillment comes from having an income they can’t outlive while fulfilling their life ambitions and providing a meaningful legacy to those they love.
